COME JOIN US …
We are taking our Trumbull Bootcamp on the road for an event at the Brewport Brewery in Bridgeport. The event is this coming Saturday, September 14th at 10:30am. There will be a one hour workout which is guaranteed to get your heart pumping, followed by an hour of pizza, salad and 2- 7oz beer samples. All of this for only $30 at the door.
