    I’ve been coming to Physically Fit since April of 2018. 2. What were your goals when you started?
    When I started bootcamp I was hoping to get myself back into a regular exercise routine after my back surgery.

    I have improved my stamina and overall strength, as well as my endurance.

    Bootcamp (not to be confused with “Military” style bootcamp), uses a unique training formula known as “HIIT”. This stands for High Intensity Interval Training which is basically alternating short bursts of high intensity exercises with brief periods of rest. Burn More Calories in Less Time
    By doing short bursts of exercise mixed with rest, you shoot your calorie-burning through the roof! Even during the brief rests, the calorie-burning never drops down much before you are doing another burst of exercise.
