These classes include up to 25 people and offer 50 minutes of high-energy training that will keep your body guessing from start to finish. These classes can include everything from bodyweight movements to kettlebells, medicine balls, and sandbags. You’ll also take on rowing, jump rope, battle ropes, sled pushes, running and so much more!
We rotate the workouts daily to keep you on your toes and we scale every workout to meet the needs of every experience level.
